Our Philosophy
Here at Windsor Yoga Family, we strive to offer a space for growth and transformation, both in health and mindfulness. We welcome yogis of all ages and abilities, shapes and sizes, newbies and advanced practitioners.

But you know what? We're not the right studio for everyone. If you're looking for a fashion show, you won't find it here. If you're looking for competition with your neighbors as you move through poses, it ain't gonna happen here. Because we pride ourselves on offering a different kind of yoga class—one that is accessible, yet challenging (no matter your skill level). We offer quality, inspired yoga taught by remarkable, passionate teachers, in a peaceful and welcoming environment to ensure a transformative experience for all.

Your "you time" is important, which is why we offer Mini, Kids, and Tween Yoga 6 days a week. While your little ones learn mindfulness, self-expression, and calming breathing techniques, you can unwind guilt-free in your own class knowing that your kiddos are gaining all the great benefits of yoga that you are.

Welcome to the family! We can't wait to assist you on your yoga journey.

Meet our owner
Hello, my name is Kati Ihli Thompson and I am a resident of Windsor, Colorado with my husband Isaac, daughter Annie and two puppies Fletcher and Bridger.

I grew up in beautiful Bozeman, Montana which will always have a special place in my heart.  I moved to Colorado to pursue my education at Colorado State University where I found the love of Hot Yoga!  I spent many years at CSU first in Sports Medicine and finally achieving a degree in Business, Accounting all while still practicing yoga....to stay sane!  After graduating, I worked a couple years in an accounting firm and another few years in the corporate world.  After having my daughter Annie I was searching for a change where I could spend more time with my family and decided to also create my dream job of owning a yoga studio.

My passions truly are being able to give back to my community while also being able to share time with my own family.  Therefore, I hope to extend a branch of my yoga family tree to yours.

Namaste!
